Job Description: Marketer
Marketers create interest in products and services by making them more palatable to targeted groups, and by generating profit generating and evidence-based advertising initiatives. Marketers often exploit their companies' social media platforms to actualize these aims.

What we want:
We are looking for a receptive marketer to aid in the creation and roll-out of memorable, profit-generating initiatives. The marketer should review contemporary market conditions, trends, guide and the deployment of experiential marketing events.
To succeed as a marketer, you should be able to perceive latent opportunities for progress. Invariably, an excellent marketer will critically evaluate their own outputs to bolster our firm's success.

Marketer Responsibilities:
A Marketer works with other members of a sales and/or marketing team to plan, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaign. Their duties and responsibilities include:
1. Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
2. Devising and coordinating intangible and experiential marketing endeavors.
3. Teaming with pertinent internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
4. Boosting our presence by harnessing paid and organic formulas.
5. Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.
6. Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
7. Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
8. Partaking in marketing workshops to enlarge your skill set.
9. Collaborating with other team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns
10. Creating annual marketing plans with includes calendars for various media platforms and outlets
11. Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
12. Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company's vision and mission
13. Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor the budget of each project
14. Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
15. Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
16. Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
17. Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
18. Daily, months and annual report to Management
19. Any other task as assigned to you

Marketer Requirements:
1. Degree or relevant experience in a marketing-centered discipline.
2. Recent, demonstrable experience in a marketing-intensive position.
3. Capacity to interpret marketing-related indices.
4. Ability to configure various ideas.
5. Unrivaled networking techniques.
6. Superb research, presentation, and bargaining skills.
7. Refined and modifiable written communication abilities.
8. Insightful, pragmatic, and imaginative.
